2.       Mind your Body Language.

3.       Manners and Etiquette are your best friends. 

4.       Follow your Domain.

5.       Less is more.

6.       Be assertive but polite.

7.       Do not give a blanket statement. 8.      Clarity of thoughts

9.       Maintain a logical flow.

10.     Substantiate with Examples. 

11.      Never cut an opponent rudely. 12.       Appear pleasant.

13.     Do not get too emotional.
